UNA of Haiti brings together Haitians who believe in the principles of the United Nations and in the power of international cooperation to create a more peaceful, just and sustainable future.
Through education, advocacy, youth engagement, community programs and partnerships, we help Haitians understand global issues, participate in international dialogue and transform the Sustainable Development Goals into meaningful local action.

Haiti and the United Nations
Haiti has a long diplomatic history within the United Nations system. UNA of Haiti helps students, professionals and communities understand that history and participate in today’s conversations on human rights, sustainable development, humanitarian action, youth, women and girls, climate resilience and international cooperation.
UNA of Haiti is a civil society organization supporting the principles and work of the United Nations. Unless formally recognized otherwise, references to the United Nations do not imply that UNA of Haiti is a United Nations agency or that the United Nations endorses all activities or statements of the organization.
Haiti joins the founding community of United Nations Member States and participates in the international system created after the Second World War.
UNA of Haiti connects civic education, youth leadership, diplomacy, Sustainable Development Goals and diaspora engagement into one national platform for global cooperation.
